Lentils in African Sauce

West African style bean dish made with succulent & tasty lentils. Lentils are cooked in Obe Ata (West African Sauce containing roasted capsicum, tomato, onion and a dash of chilli).

Serve Tribal Tastes Lentils with steamed rice or cous cous and greens,  or with a simple salad for a satisfying, nourishing and tasty meal.

  • Hand made artisan product is small batch made
  • Vegan, Gluten free, sugar free, Low GI. NO preservatives
  • Simply heat pouch in boiling water for 30 minutes and serve. Boil in the bag system preserves moisture and flavour.
  • Minimum 500g pouch. Serves 2
