Butter Beans in African Sauce

West African bean dish made with succulent Butter Beans. Butter Beans are cooked in Obe Ata (West African Sauce containing roasted capsicum, tomato, onion and a dash of chilli). They are like egg yolk in texture and are delicious!

Serve Tribal Tastes on sour dough buttered toast for a nourishing and tasty meal.
