Blackeye Beans in African Sauce

West African bean dish made with succulent blackeye Beans. Blackeye Beans are cooked in Obe Ata (West African Sauce containing roasted capsicum, tomato, onion and a dash of chilli).

Serve Tribal Tastes black eye beans with steamed rice and greens, as a toastie filling or with a simple salad for a satisfying, nourishing and tasty meal.
