Limited edition, smoked to order; preservative and gluten free 'hot-smoked' salmon cutlet  produced by Chef Kunle. Traditional West African method of smoking using charcoal and slow cooked in the Tribal Tastes smoke house. Hot-smoked salmon cutlet is moist and delicately smoked. Serve as a starter with crackers or as a main. Vacum sealed and ready to serve. $60 per kg. Deposit to reserve a piece. Choose click and collect and pick up in store.
